I build the website. Then I look after it.
Most of your customers meet it before they meet you. You shouldn't have to think about it.
No contract. Nothing to pay until you've seen it and said yes.
The front door
Customers find you there, or they don't. They send a message, and it either reaches you or it sits in a form nobody wired up two years ago.
Your website is one of the systems your business runs on. It's just the only one your customers can see.
What I'm not
An agency sells you marketing. A developer sells you a website. Both hand it over and move on. Neither asks what happens after the phone rings.
Fifteen years making big companies' systems fit how their people worked. You're not Boeing, but the shape underneath is the same, and at your size nobody is paid to ask about it.

What's in it
- The site
- Built for your business, not from a template. You see it before it goes live, and changes are included.
- Kept working
-
Your contact form tested every week with a real message.
- Checked daily that it's up
- Watched for an expiring domain
- Watched for changes nobody authorised
- Hosting, security and backups on my bill
- Found
-
- Built so search engines can read what you do and where
- Your Google listing fixed if it needs it
- Checked monthly whether you come up when someone asks an AI assistant instead
- Your email arrives
- The settings that decide whether your estimate lands in an inbox or a junk folder. Most businesses here have them wrong. I fix yours and watch them.
- Changes
- New service, new town, new prices. Send it, I do it.
- On request, no extra charge
-
- Blog
- Newsletter
- Extra quote forms
- Announcements
- Ask me anything
- Not just the website. The software you're being sold, the quote process that takes three days. By email, any time.
The deal
Month to month. No contract, cancel whenever.
You pay nothing until you sign off on the build. Then the first three months are due and it starts.
Your domain and your words are yours and leave with you.
Not for you if
- You enjoy managing your own site
- You already have someone who answers when you call
- You want to own it outright and pay nothing monthly
- You want a promise about ranking in Google. I won't make one.
I'll watch the one you have · $30/mo
Free if I build and maintain your site. If I didn't build it, I'll watch the one you have: I check it's up every 5 minutes, everything else every day, and tell you in plain English when something's wrong. What that catches:
- The site is down and nobody told you.
- The security certificate expired, so every visitor sees a "not private" warning.
- The contact form stopped delivering, and the inquiries just stop.
Plus about a dozen more, checked regularly: email deliverability, domain expiry, search visibility, accessibility, mobile speed, and your Google listing.
$30 a month.
No contract, cancel any time. Free if I build and maintain your website.
